Darren Barker come from a 'Fighting Family' and is a typical 'Home Grown' Repton Warrior. He came to the club when he was 14 from Finchley and learned his craft in the Repton 'SweatShop' picking up some great wins along the way. His finest hour as an amateur was winning a Gold Medal at the Commonwealth Games. On the Eve of his Fight at Wembley this Sat 9th March against Italian Champion Simone Rotolo for the IBF intercontinental Middleweight Crown, We recently caught up with Darren and had a quick '10 rounds'...
