We are careful to ensure descriptions and specifications of our goods are correct when they are posted on our website. Any colour reproduction on our website is a close as possible, however we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or the computer system used by you.
All orders are subject to availability. We will endeavour to keep all stock levels to those publicised on our site but we are not held responsible if items are not longer available. We will email you confirmation should we not be able to fulfil your order. We aim to deliver all UK Mainland orders within 7 -10 business days but this may vary as a result of seasonal demands. We will not be held responsible or liable for any delays in delivery beyond our control. You may contact us if you have not received your delivery within the specified times but we cannot accept responsibility or be deemed in breach of contract if any reasons or delays in our service were caused by circumstance beyond our control.
All payments are received securely by our payment methods. All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. if the card issuer refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment then you will be notified immediately at time of order. We are unable to accept responsibility if your debit/credit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website. All prices quoted are is GB Pounds, exclude delivery charges and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. If custom or import duties are levied once the goods reach your destination country you will be responsible for paying these charges as we have not control or can predict these charges.
When you place an order on our website we will email acknowledgement. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch your order at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Once we have completed your order you will not be able to make any change to it.
We are happy to accept returns for faulty garments providing this is notified to us and returned within 7 days of you receiving the item and the item is returned in the original packaging and the condition it was sold (other than any fault ). Any refund will be credited to your original method of payment. We will try to process any refunds as soon as possible but please allow up to 28 days for the refund process to be completed. In the interests of hygiene we will not accept any returns for underwear unless the garment is faulty and unfit for purpose.
Please read and adhere to any washing / care instructions of your purchased item. We will not issue any refund if washing and care instructions are not followed.
If and when any items are proved to be faulty please arrange for the goods to be returned to us with a registered postal service whereupon we will refund the cost of item plus your postage.
To return an item please complete the returns form provided and securely package the item. We cannot be held responsible for loss of or items damaged in transit and therefore suggest you obtain proof of postage. Please send the items to:
